By proceeding with the application, you agree...

to conduct a transaction with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, by electronic means;
to submit a registration application by electronic means;
that the electronic registration application has the same legal effect and legal consequences as a signed paper document;
that the laws of the State of Hawaii apply to this transaction;
to the deadlines and times applicable to this transaction; and
that times are in Hawaii Standard Time.
