  • email address if you wish to receive acknowledgement of this transaction by email; and
  • credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa) or checking account information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By proceeding with the application, you agree...

  • to conduct a transaction with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, by electronic means;
  • to submit a registration application by electronic means;
  • that the electronic registration application has the same legal effect and legal consequences as a signed paper document;
  • that the laws of the State of Hawaii apply to this transaction;
  • to the deadlines and times applicable to this transaction; and
  • that times are in Hawaii Standard Time.

Next registration period is in 2019.

Bond exemption reapply deadline:
May 1, 2017
Biennial reregistration deadline:
May 31, 2017
